"This was the second viewing club held in London, at The Uxbridge Arms, Elephant & Castle.
There were 150 artists contributing work. The D Band came from Berlin to play especially on the opening night.
Wheelie made a stop in London on their tour across Europe, which started in Berlin and finished in Glasgow. Work was exhibited inside Wheelie (photos here later). Again the event was well attended, a good time was had by all that could find it.

RE-ESCAPE, Hamburg/Germany

"In November 2005, there will be installations, sculptures, exhibitions and actions as well as films in different places of the city of Hamburg. The participants are young artists from Hamburg and internationally acknowledged artists.

Spaces which appear strange to the normal user of the city or which have withdrawn from his disposal, or where overfunctionalized regimentations of use imply latent manipulation, mesures and concepts put in concrete terms are practised for general re-vitalization and prevention of town planning faux-pas. Furthermore, different anti-regression mechanisms, exploit left-overs of quality of life, exit scenarios, utopian wrong tracks and inner migration schemes will lead to camp building in urban space."

Participating artists included: John Bock, Manfred Pernice, Luke Fowler and many others.
My work was part of the presentation of Viewing Club held in a bar at the Elbterrassen.

On the occasion of Artforum Berlin, Safia Dickersbach art management and pr presented "Monument for Donatella Versace", an installative mixed media work with performative elements near the legendary Paris bar in Berlin

03.09. MAGISTRALE KULTURNACHT Berlin

On the occasion of MAGISTRALE Kulturnacht along Berlin's Potsdamer Strasse "Monument for Donatella Versace" was shown for the first time in Berlin. I would like to thank the many visitors and Thomas Hoepfner for support.

07.05. "stormscene", Nuremberg/Germany

an installative work for the public space comissioned by the City Council of Nuremberg, Germany.



The installation took place in a medieval pedestrain's tunnel leading to the historical center of Nuremberg. A strong wind-machine of Munich filmstudios was placed in the beginning of the tunnel. The light was changed and a big soundsystem installed. With David Canisius of Deutsches Kammerorchester/ Yellow Lounge a selection of highly dramatic classical music was edited for this evening and replayed constantly. The visitors could pass through the tunnel and found themselves in the middle of a filmset-like "stormscene". After passing through the tunnel they got handed a text written by Dr. Andreas L. Hofbauer, titled "second-hand experience".
